Case Study
Take a deeper dive in to how I helped RaveScoutr scale their ecommerce business with Google Ads.
RaveScoutr is an online store that sells women’s rave outfits. They contacted me to see if I could audit their Google Ads account. They had issues with LTV and ROAS and needed a new perspective and fresh ideas.
After signing with them, my new strategy slashed their CPA by 44% PoP and increased revenue by 66% YoY.
The Breakdown
How I helped RaveScoutr achieve their business goals.
Business Sync
As soon as I signed with RaveScoutr I began working closely with their marketing team to understand their core business KPIs including CPA and Customer Lifetime Value. I evaluated what had been working and what had not before I onboarded.
Account Audit
After auditing RaveScoutr’s Google Ads account, I discovered new ways to restructure their campaigns that made more sense for their budget.
I ended up consolidating their 20 non-branded campaigns in to 4 thematic categories. I also rewrote their negative keyword lists from the ground to filter irrelevant traffic.
Strategic Planning
Once I restructured their campaigns, I focused on new ways to work towards achieving RaveScoutr’s business goals through strategic planning.
I upgraded their conversion tracking capabilities, wrote a 6-month plan for creative testing, and switched their attribution model to DDA over last-click.
Execution & Refinement
Once I began optimizing towards the new goals and overhauled their conversion process, I began A/B testing and introducing new experiments that ended up decreasing their CPA by 44% PoP.
From there, I ran a 6-month campaign to refine creative within Google Ads. I still work with them to this day!
