Check the lead generation or ecommerce metrics that fit your business, and see when the data was refreshed.

My clients use Dashboard to review PPC performance, reporting freshness, account health, recommendations, files, and next steps. Access is included with my Google Ads and Microsoft Ads management.

I organize the reporting around decisions, then show when each data source was refreshed.

Check budget pacing and unusual spend between walkthroughs, plus Merchant Center feed health for ecommerce.
Every published next step is reviewed by me and tied to a practical action.
A useful PPC report follows the outcome the business gets paid for.
Reporting can connect spend and enquiries with qualified leads, opportunities, customers, and source-backed value when the CRM and tracking support it. That makes lead quality visible instead of rewarding the cheapest form fill.
Reporting can show revenue, orders, return on ad spend, product or category context, and Merchant Center coverage. I interpret those figures alongside margin, inventory, attribution, and conversion lag rather than treating one platform number as the full result.
Dashboard can bring both paid search platforms into one client reporting workspace. Coverage depends on the platforms, analytics, commerce tools, and CRM data connected for that engagement.

Guardian checks budget pacing and unusual spend daily, with feed-health checks for ecommerce accounts. It does not make automatic account changes. I review recommendations before they reach you.
Data freshness varies by source. Conversion lag, attribution rules, consent, CRM updates, and platform processing can all change when a result appears. Dashboard shows the reporting context; it does not erase those measurement limits.

I also use the same decision framework in my guide to ecommerce PPC reporting and measurement.
Charts show what changed. Management reporting should also explain why it matters and what happens next.
| What you need | Raw Google Ads reports | Generic reporting tools | Dashboard with management |
|---|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Inspect platform data | Combine and present charts | Connect performance with the management work |
| Interpretation | You interpret the data | Depends on the setup | I explain the result and its limits |
| Account changes | Separate from the report | Usually separate | Change history and reasoning stay visible |
| Recommendations | Platform-generated suggestions | Usually rules or annotations | Next steps are reviewed by me before publishing |
| Communication | Outside the platform report | Varies by tool | Files, status, and decisions share one client workspace |
| Availability | Included with the ad account | Often sold as software | Included with my PPC management; not sold separately |
I confirm access to the ad platforms and the reporting sources that matter for your business. Lead generation may require CRM stages; ecommerce may require analytics, commerce, and Merchant Center data.
We agree on the outcomes, definitions, attribution limits, and reporting cadence. I document where each figure comes from so a metric does not quietly change meaning.
I configure your private Dashboard and keep the reporting, account health, files, change history, and reviewed next steps available through the engagement.
