Account responsibility

Each user is responsible for safeguarding their login link, keeping contact details current, and using the portal only for legitimate business purposes tied to the engagement.

Confidential information

Files, reports, and operational materials inside the portal may contain confidential business information and must not be shared outside the authorized client team without permission.

Connected apps

The portal may display metadata or links from Google Drive, Notion, Dropbox Sign, or other tools. Availability depends on third-party systems and may change if access is revoked or a sync fails.

Operational limits

The portal is a service-delivery workspace, not a guarantee engine. Reporting context, alerts, and any recommendation emails support decisions, but they do not replace platform judgment, approvals, or contractual scope controls.
